“We
are enough but being enough is not enough to make them stay.” A boy who
walk with music instead of having a pen and paper, that’s Adrian Louie De
Leon. His mother (Heidi De Leon) and father (Bernabe De Leon) raised him at
their home town which is Cuyapo. Adrian is 12 years old boy who was saved by a
song and this is his story.
One of the hospitals in Floridablanca,
Pampanga were his parents gave birth to him. He was born on the third month of
the year on the 30th day of year 2004 at a time of 9:45 in the
morning. When he was still at his mother’s womb everyone thought that we will
die because he was drowning inside, but unfortunately he survives. His name
came from one a favorite TV series his mother where there is a two boy who is
in love with the same girl and their names are Adrian and Louie. His mother
combined this two name that’s why his parents named him Adrian Louie. Adrian is
the middle sibling in their family. He graduated as an elementary student in
Bibiclat Elementary School. His mother went abroad that’s why he did not give a
perfect guidance in gaining more knowledge. When his mother went abroad his sister
was the one who fulfill their mother’s duty, but his older sister can’t handle
her studies and her duties as an older sister to them that’s why he also need
to work in their household chores. He went at St. Pius X. Institute to continue
learning with her younger sister. He didn’t notice that staying at that school
make him engage to music.
He and his siblings suffer in their
parent’s separation. He was left with a question in his mind. He was too young
to suffer the things that he’s experiencing that time, but that doesn’t make
him to be a rebel. He always gets his guitar and plays music that depends on
his mood. He makes music as an escape to the reality that his parents can’t be
together again. Adrian is not an amateur musician but he plays music with a
deep reason.
A saddest song is the saddest part of
your story. Life may be unfair, but thinking that life is really unfair is not
also fair. Let things go as it want, always remember that God has a lot of
plans for us.
